Stove Exhaust Fan Installation
Run coax/cable television line into kitchen from livingroom closet.
Replace taps. Level Fridge.
Paint out wood on cupboards WHITE
Install garbage disposal/ install dishwasher*
Repair walls, trim, window sills.
Paint kitchen: Theme Florit Painting – Navy and white.
Install “tin” backsplash.

 

 

 

 

 

OFFICE (ENTRY TO BACK DECK)

 

Strip Wallpaper, sand sills and trim.
Install new flooring: reclaimed wood barnboard
Change Lighting/electrical:	Install conduit over existing switch wiring and move overhead fixture to of exposed brick wall for wall sconce fixture.
Paint trim, door and window sills BLACK. Ceiling White.
Hang Black and White damask wallpaper.
Repair/replace doorknob and door mechanism.

 

 

LIVINGROOM (Larger main room with bay windows)

 

Repair Ceiling	I am NOT installing faux tin (can’t find style I like) so just repair/restucco to match good parts.
Replace missing baseboard.
Strip wallpaper Repair walls Repair trim.	Windows and closet doors will remain wood.
Closet: Repair plaster – Move television cable	Run coax cable to upstairs bedroom (NOT master bedroom but bedroom at the back of the house.). Also, check/rewire/move cable to living room before painting/papering.
Paint ceiling.
Paint non-feature walls	Darker Purple from wallpaper.
Hang paper on Main wall	Damask Purple on purple.
Crown Molding.

 

 

 

 

 

DINING ROOM (South of Living Room, smaller room)

 

Repair walls, trim.
Paint ceiling white.
Install crown molding.
Paint walls medium purple-based Blue.	Blue (match Upper hall wallpaper, upper hall plaster patch, couch and dresser).
Paint trim and closet with dividers white. (same as ceilings)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bathroom

Install Broan exhaust fan.	In wall?
Install window. Create wooden sill.	Use reclaimed barnboard flooring leftovers? Purpose: make it into a useable shelfspace.
Install clover-pattern sheet metal	Use gold tone, to replace? Vanity doors and allow heat from radiator to escape.
Install bottoms inside vanity cabinets.
Repair vanity cabinet trim.
PAINT	Walls: pale blue, ceiling and shelf interiors beige/gold/white. Stencils? Behr Blue: Coastal Mist?
FIX SHOWER TEMPERATURE CONTROL

WATER CLOSET (room with toilet)

 

Install window
Repair/create sill?
Install new toilet.	Victorian style.
Paint	Bathroom beige/blue Gold ceiling. Leave wallpaper as is.

 

UPSTAIRS HALLWAY

 

Repair/repaint ceiling on second landing.	Use ceiling white from mainfloor. REMOVE/dispose of  smoke detectors
SPECIAL CREATIVE FINISH	By Johanna! Repair paper/ holes/ bulges. Use blue plaster overtop of repairs, keeping existing wallpaper.
Remove, fix, reinstalls railing.
Remove carpet from stairs.
Repair/clean up stairs and sand stairs for painting.
Paint stairs.	Slate blue grey (historic colour Battleship grey from Farrow and Ball). Use grit to prevent slipping.

 

Guest Bedroom/ Treadmill room.

 

 

Install Coax/television cable. (west end of north wall.)
Strip wallpaper from back wall	Leave floral wallpaper on walls around closet.
Repair walls/ceiling.
Paint stripped walls/ceiling Yellow	Butter yellow, pale colour.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

MASTER BEDROOM (large center window at front/east side of
house.)

 

 

Strip wallpaper border. Repair walls/ceiling.
REPLACE ENTIRE WINDOW AND SILL/TRIM.	Waiting on Jeld-wen wood window to arrive.
Doors remain wood.
Paint room Blue	Behr Wave Crest 540E-1 or close to it. (still deciding)
Paint trim white	Behr 1812 Swiss Coffee W-B-700
STAIN new window  And trim around it.	Non-yellow natural stain…”diamond” stain or other.

 

 

 

NON ROOM-SPECIFIC GENERAL NOTES

 

Radiators CLEAN-UP	Radiators cleaned, sanded and painted where needed. ESPECIALLY CAPPED RADS: Dining Room Guest Room
Radiators COVERS:	Painted according to room and installed with sheet-metal backing. FULL COVERS: Foyer top landing Living room Kitchen Office Master Bedroom (bench)
Light Fixtures	Replaced in each room with new fixtures.
Move FURNACE CONTROL	Replace thermostat with programmable digital and move it from downstairs apartment to upstairs.
COAX/Television Cable     Phone Cable	-run to Living Room and Kitchen and Guest Room from living room closet.     REMOVED TOTALLY

SCHEDULE AND FURTHER NOTES.

 

Roughly each room is in some order of tasks from Ceiling to
floor.

 

Co-ordination will have to be day-to-day depending what gets
done.

 

I did a best guest for who will do what but all of that is
of course worked out as we go along.

 

I will provide you with a set of keys Monday morning
(January 29).

 

I will be on hand to help with that and we should all
exchange cell-phone numbers on Monday so we can keep updating the schedule.

 

I will move in Mattress and box springs before upper hall
